Be the steady center of a fast-moving service operation. As an Administrative Assistant at Service Plus, you’ll support daily scheduling, customer communication, billing workflows, and service documentation — keeping our teams organized and our customers informed.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls, create service tickets, and update customer records.
  • Assist dispatch during peak times; coordinate follow-ups and return visits.
  • Process invoices, reconcile timecards, and route payments to accounting.
  • Support warranty part processing, returns, and basic reporting.
  • Maintain organized digital files and service logs for easy retrieval.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in customer service, admin, billing, or dispatch support.
  • Strong computer skills and comfort with CRM/service platforms.
  • Excellent phone presence, accuracy, and multitasking.
  • High school diploma or GED; HVAC industry experience a plus.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Basic understanding of HVAC service terms and workflows.
  • Experience with timecard checks, invoice logs, and data entry audits.
  • Local geography familiarity.
