Own the schedule, shape the day. As a Dispatcher at Service Plus, you’ll coordinate technicians, communicate with customers, and keep our operations running on time — balancing response speed, efficiency, and a great client experience.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls and create dispatch tickets for every service need.
• Schedule and debrief technicians, monitor the board, and forecast workload.
• Coordinate parts status, follow up on pending work, and schedule return trips.
• Maintain maintenance agreement schedules, records, and renewals.
• Support billing accuracy with verified timecards, notes, and invoice checks.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in dispatch, customer service, or project coordination.
• Clear communicator with strong multitasking and organization skills.
• Comfortable with maps/route planning and CRM/service platforms.
• Professional, positive, and team-focused attitude.

Nice-to-Haves

• HVAC/field service dispatch experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office/Sheets proficiency.
• Experience with maintenance contract workflows.
