What You’ll Do

• Install and seal ductwork, drains, and line sets according to code and manufacturer specifications.
• Assist with equipment placement, gas and electrical connections, and final start-ups.
• Document all work performed using ServiceTitan and maintain accurate material usage records.
• Collaborate with senior installers to ensure every project meets Service Plus quality standards.
• Adhere to all OSHA and company safety policies on every job site.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of HVAC installation experience in residential or light-commercial settings.
• NATE Support Tech Certification and EPA 608 Certification preferred.
• Ability to read basic schematics and interpret installation instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable record.
• Excellent work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to craftsmanship.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with sheet-metal fabrication or duct layout.
• Basic electrical and refrigerant piping knowledge.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or other job-tracking software.
