At Service Plus, precision and professionalism define every install we complete. As an Installer Level 3, you’ll take the lead on complex residential and light-commercial installations, mentoring teammates while ensuring every detail aligns with our performance and safety standards.

This position is ideal for skilled tradespeople ready to expand their leadership skills and deliver best-in-class comfort systems for businesses and homeowners across Illinois.

What You’ll Do

• Lead installation crews on HVAC systems including furnaces, condensers, and RTUs.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings with accuracy.
• Verify system performance, airflow balance, and code compliance.
• Coordinate material handling, timecards, and quality documentation in ServiceTitan.
• Coach Level 1–2 installers to uphold company standards and safe work habits.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience, including some leadership duties.
• NATE Core Certification and EPA 608 required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of HVAC system design.
• Ability to manage schedules, communicate clearly, and maintain professionalism on-site.

Nice-to-Haves

• Multiple NATE specialty certifications.
• Experience commissioning VRF, mini-split, or zoning systems.
• Basic knowledge of crane rigging or refrigerant recovery.
