Join Service Plus as an Installer Level 4 and take command of advanced HVAC projects that demand precision, planning, and leadership. You’ll oversee multi-unit installations, mentor junior team members, and ensure every system meets our standards for safety, efficiency, and performance.

This is a senior-level role for skilled installers who are ready to manage large-scale jobs and contribute to the continued excellence that defines the Service Plus reputation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full residential and commercial installations from setup to final commissioning.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to maintain schedules and specifications.
• Inspect, test, and document equipment performance for client turnover.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, manufacturer guidelines, and OSHA safety standards.
• Train and evaluate installers on installation techniques and quality control.

What We’re Looking For

• 5 + years of progressive HVAC installation experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Two (2)+ NATE Specialty Certifications; EPA 608 required.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical connections, and refrigerant charging.
• Excellent organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience managing crane lifts or large-equipment logistics.
• Sheet-metal fabrication and brazing certification.
• Comfort with mentoring and performance evaluation.
