Master Installer (Level 5)

As a Master Installer at Service Plus, you represent the highest standard of technical mastery and leadership in the HVAC trade. You’ll manage complex projects from planning to commissioning, lead multi-team operations, and set the benchmark for quality installations across Illinois.

What You’ll Do

 
• Oversee end-to-end installation of commercial and residential HVAC systems, including RTUs, chillers, VRF, and hydronic units.
 
• Plan day-of logistics, crane lifts, and crew assignments to ensure smooth execution.
 
• Supervise multiple teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
 
• Perform final system commissioning, documentation, and client sign-off.
 
• Train installers at all levels and uphold the Service Plus mentorship culture.

What We’re Looking For

 
• 8 + years of HVAC installation experience with demonstrated leadership in large projects.
 
• Three (3)+ NATE Specialty Certifications (four preferred).
 
• EPA Universal Certification and valid driver’s license.
 
• Advanced mechanical, electrical, and commissioning knowledge.
 
• Strong planning, communication, and mentorship abilities.

Nice-to-Haves

 
• HVAC Technical Degree or Manufacturer Master Certification.
 
• Experience with design-build mechanical projects.
 
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
