What You’ll Do

• Assist experienced technicians and installers in performing maintenance, diagnostics, and installations for residential and commercial systems.
• Support day-to-day field operations, including job preparation, cleanup, and equipment handling.
• Learn how to use ServiceTitan for timecards, service notes, and job documentation.
• Follow all company safety guidelines, including ladder, electrical, and PPE protocols.
• Maintain company tools, vehicles, and workspaces to the Service Plus standard of care.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong desire to learn HVAC systems, safety practices, and mechanical skills.
• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or technical coursework preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs with assistance and work in various environments.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and commitment to teamwork.

Nice-to-Haves

• EPA 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring devices.
• Previous summer or part-time work experience in construction or maintenance.
