What You’ll Do

• Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and basic diagnostics on residential/light-commercial systems.
• Assist with refrigerant line work, condensate drains, filter changes, and coil cleanings.
• Document findings, photos, and recommendations in Service Plus software.
• Support senior techs on repairs/start-ups and follow jobsite safety and cleanliness standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates, representing Service Plus with professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of HVAC service experience or equivalent technical training.
• EPA 608 certification (or ability to obtain) and valid driver’s license.
• Working knowledge of tools, safety practices, and basic electrical/refrigeration principles.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and customer service.

Nice-to-Haves

• NATE Support Tech certification.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar service software.
• Sheet-metal, brazing, or basic ductwork experience.
