Join Service Plus as a Tech Level 3 and take on more complex maintenance and service tasks with the backing of a team that prizes safety, communication, and technical excellence. You’ll lead routine maintenance visits, assist on repairs, and help uphold our high standards on every call.
This role is ideal for technicians ready to refine diagnostic skills, mentor junior teammates, and deliver a consistently great customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead planned maintenance on residential and light-commercial systems using checklists and best practices.
- Support diagnostics and repairs, verify system performance, and identify proactive recommendations.
- Maintain detailed digital reports with photos, readings, and next steps.
- Coach entry-level techs on safety, cleanliness, and customer communication.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of HVAC service experience with strong fundamentals.
- EPA 608 required; NATE Core preferred.
- Reliable, organized, and confident with customer-facing communication.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable record.
Nice-to-Haves
- Multiple NATE specialties (air distribution, gas furnaces, heat pumps).
- Light brazing, low-voltage controls, and airflow balancing experience.
- Comfort with tablet-based workflows and service documentation.
