Tech Level 4 (Lead Service Technician)

As a Tech Level 4 at Service Plus, you’ll set the pace for field service excellence. You’ll lead complex maintenance and repair visits, mentor technicians, and ensure every call meets our standards for safety, quality, and clarity.

What You’ll Do

• Lead service calls and advanced maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Diagnose electrical/refrigeration issues and present clear repair options.
• Train and evaluate Level 1–3 techs on best practices and safety.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, code compliance, and customer satisfaction on every job.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of HVAC service experience with leadership capability.
• EPA 608 required; multiple NATE specialties strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in wiring diagrams, low-voltage controls, and airflow diagnostics.
• Strong organizational, communication, and mentorship skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with lift operations, brazing, and light sheet-metal.
• Air balancing techniques and reporting.
• Familiarity with inventory standards and seasonal stocking.
